SC to consider Senkumar's plea on Friday

New Delhi: Supreme Court will consider the plea of TP Senkumar on Friday. Senkumar has file the plea citing delay in his reinstatement as state DGP despite the apex court issuing an order in his favour. In his plea, he says that Chief Secretary Nalini Netto is purposeful trying to delay his posting. Meanwhile, when the apex court considers the plea, the state government may approach SC asking for a clarity in the postings.
