Did Court see tears of Nehru Group Chairman P Krishnadas ?

The High Court on Thursday directed the government to immediately release Nehru College Chairman P Krishnadas. Granting bail to Krishnadas, the court observed that Krishnadas arrest is not legal. Krishnadas was granted bail on a surety of Rs 1 lakh. The court prevented the arrest of PRO Sajith Vishwanathan and granted anticipatory bail to him. Pointing out that all the rights of the accused were denied to Krishnadas, the court said that departmental action should be taken against the investigation officer Francis Henry. Contempt of Court charge can also be slapped can against the officer, the court said. Super Prime Time discusses the issue with Shahir Shoukat Ali, KK Sreejith, Adv A Jayashankar and George Joseph.
