Illayaraja sends legal notice to SPB and Chithra

Illayaraja sent legal notices to SP Balasubramaniam and Chithra stating that they had sung songs tuned by him in various venues without his permission. SP Balasubramaniam broke this news on his Facebook page. He said that the notice said that since they had violated copyright laws huge amounts would be required to be paid up. SP is in the midst of a world tour organized by his son Charan SPB 50.
