Pinarayi directs collectors to arrest 2010 goons in 30 days

T'puram: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan,has directed the 14 District Collectors of the state to ensure the arrest of 2,010 goons listed by the intelligence wing in 30 days' time. As per the instructions of the chief minister, the state intelligence has prepared a list of 2010 goondas. The CM has given directions to all district collectors to arrest them imposing Kaapa. The Intelligence has prepared a list and handed it over to the Range IG, SPs and district collectors . As per the list, there are 336 goons in Alapuzha, 305 in Kannur, 236 in Thiruvananthapuram and 85 in Ernakulam city. These are the districts which have very high numbers of goondas. Directions have been given to act upon them within a month.
