Law Academy issue: Revenue Minister rejects CM's stand

T'puram: Revenue Minister E Chandrasekharan has taken a contrary stand from Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's opinion on the issue connected with the Law Academy land. Stressing that the probe into the Law Academy land will continue, Chandrasekharan said that further action will be taken after the report on the issue is submitted. CPI State Secretary Kanam Rajendran also clarified that a probe is being conducted on the land issue. Pointing out that the Chief Minister had said that an investigation need not be carried out against the old land transactions with the Law Academy, Kanam said that the government is not conducting an investigation on that transaction.
