CPM area secretary Zakir flee from Kochi to evade arrest
Kochi: CPM Kalamassery area secretary Zakir Hussain against whom a case was registered for threatening Kochi businessman has fled from the district to evade arrest. Police had booked him based on a compliant by Kochi Industrialist Jube Poulose, While Zakir Hussain is the first accused in the case, former DYFI leader Karukapally Siddique is the second accused. Zakir also had applied for anticipatory bail.
