7th pay commission: Centre set up panel to examine anomalies

New Delhi: To overcome anomalies while implementing 7th pay commission the center has set up a committee under the department of personnel and training. The panel will examine individual, post-specific and cadre-specific anomalies arising out of the implementation of the recommendations. The centre on Tuesday formally notified its acceptance of the 7th Pay Commission recommendations. The increased salaries and pensions to around 10 million employees and pensioners will be given with effect from August.
