Titanium case: There is proof for corruption says Vigilance

T'puram: Vigilance director Jacob Thomas said that Vigilance found proof in the infamous Tatanium case. He also said that the probe will be completed soon. The complaint is that corruption took place in connection with construction of pollution control plant. The corruption took place during the tenure of Oommen Chandy government in 2005-06. The complaint is that Rs 10 crore worth equipment was purchased for a whopping Rs 70 crore. The probe includes all purchases from 1997 onward and FIR has been registered against Oommen Chandy, Ibrahim Kunju and PK Kuhalikutty. The Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Court had earlier ordered a probe into the incident.
