RTI regarding cabinet decision; Govt adamant on its stand

T'puram: The row over RTI between the government and state information commissioner in connection with giving the details of cabinet decisions is intensifying. Chief Secretary is sticking on to the stand that the details can be availed from the respective department if the file pertaining to any particular case is complete. But the cabinet decision cannot be given as the action is under process and not completed.
