MK Damodaran to appear against Govt for INTUC president

Kochi: MK Damodaran, the legal adviser to the Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, will appear against government in the High Court for an another case, for a controversial second time. Previous time it was for lottery king Santiago Martin and this time for INTUC President R Chandrasekharan. Today one of his subordinates appeared for the case. And the High Court asked explanation from government, taking into account Chandrasekharan's appeal. Chandrasekharan wants to write off the vigilance case against him. Being the legal adviser of CM, the appearance of Damodaran in HC last time had triggered a controversy. Never minding it, Damodaran appeared for Martin for a second time in HC yesterday.
