Unexpected defeat but accepts the mandate: Oommen Chandy

Kottayam: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said that he accepts the people's mandate. Chandy said that the verdict is a unexpected setback. "The defeat will be discussed inside the party and the front," he said.
