New Delhi: Union Minister for Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi said that reports of National Commission for Women and Ministerial committee on Jisha murder has been submitted to Home Ministry. The ministerial committee had visited Perumbavoor. She said that the report states that neighbors of Jisha used to constantly trouble her. There is failure from the part of the police which from the start did not probe the case effectively. The forensic team also failed to carry out a comprehensive probe, states the report. The report also says that the probe was delayed as the election was taking place.
