Mohanlal's campaign for Ganesh: Salimkumar resigns from Amma
Kochi: Upset with superstar Mohanlal's campaign for KB Ganesh Kumar, the LDF candidate in Pathanapuram, actor Salimkumar stepped down as the member of Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA). Salim said he took the decision to register his protest over AMMA office-bearers taking part in election campaign at Pathanapuram, where film stars Jagadeesh and Raghu are contesting, for the UDF and NDA respectively. “AMMA had issued an oral instruction to abstain from campaigning in Pathanapuram,” he added.
