Saritha Nair demands CBI probe into solar case

Kochi: Saritha S Nair, an accused in the solar scam cases, has approached the Kerala High Court seeking a further probe into the case. She wanted the CBI to investigate the case or a further probe into the allegations levelled against the CM. The plea will be heard on Tuesday. "I have evidences for industrialist Sreedharan Nair's meeting with the Chief Minister. If needed , the same will be submitted in High Court, Saritha said. She has also submitted all documents, which were earlier presented before the solar commission. Saritha had told the commission that the CM has played a role in the growth of the Team Solar company and added that the CM had assured the company of 113 acres at Kinfra Park in Palakkad.
