Supreme court for negative voting @ Big debate

In a significant verdict, the Supreme Court said that for a vibrant democracy the voter has the right to negative voting by rejecting all the candidates in fray by exercising the option of None of the Above (NOTA) in voting machines and ballot papers. The voter could press the ‘None of the Above’ (NOTA) button in the electronic voting machine. It was a mixed response from politicians on voter's right.
