Strict action against those violating party discipline

T'puram: A KPCC circular issued has made it clear that Congress president Sonia Gandhi had expressed her displeasure over the internal bickering within the congress party. KPCC circular issued to its lower units says that strict action will be taken against any form of indiscipline. It says that policies should not be opposed publicly by any leaders and opinions should be aired in party forums.
