Parliament disrupted again on Arun Jaitley

New Delhi: Demanding an inquiry into the corruption allegations against finance minister Arun Jaitley, the Opposition stalled both the houses of the Parliament. A privilege motion notice was dismissed by Speaker Sumitra Mahajan. In Rajya Sabha, the Opposition disrupted the Zeor Hour to raise the Jaitley corruption issue. Meanwhile, in the parliamentary party meeting of the BJP in the morning, prime minister Narendra Modi came out in support of Jaitley. He said that Arun had a good image, he would not indulge in corruption and that he would come through the allegations just as LK Adwani did a few years ago in the Jain Hawala scandal.
