Chennai: The medical camps for the Chennai flood affected as part of Mathrubhumi Relief Mission got underway in the city. The camps are being conducted in association with Apollo Hospitals. In the Saidapet camp in the heart of the city, hundreds of people were given free medical consultation and medicines. In this area, water had risen to the level of a two-storey building. Twenty doctors and 25 nurses from Apollo take part the camp. Special arrangements have been provided for the medical examination of children.
