World’s biggest cake fest on in IT metro

Bengaluru: Institute of Baking & Cake Art, in association with National Consumer Fair {NCF} is organising an annual cake show, billed as the world’s biggest at St. Joseph’s Indian High School. It is the 41st annual cake exhibition to be held during the Christmas season. The main attraction is ‘The lost city of Atlantis - Underwater Marine World,’ made by 3 artists over 75 days. The 14-feet height weighing 3 tonnes will be open for public viewing till January 3 between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. Efforts have been on for the last 6 months and around 60 artists have worked on different concepts. Blue Hill Group, who were active promoters of the annual event for the last 40 years is assissting the twin organisers this year.
