Karnataka ready to deploy more buses to Kerala

Banguluru: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation has decided to expeditiously act to solve the travel travails of Malayalees living in the IT city. They have mooted the idea of increasing services to Kerala. But Kerala Motor vehicle department is yet to respond to this overture. As per the 2008 inter-state agreement Karnataka can deploy 75 services in 27 routes in Kerala. Now Karnataka is planning to augment its fleet to Kerala with 140 buses. While other south Indian states are trying to their travel problems by re-negotiating inter-state agreements, KSRTC seems to profess least interest in the matter.
