CM's man Friday draws flak again for laxity on cases

Kerala High Court again showered criticism on the Advocate General's office on Friday. Justice Alexander Thomas, who had earlier censured the office, made the remarks on Friday during the hearing of a case involving the Vigilance. He further directed the Chief Secretary to carry out an investigation into the slackness of the AG's office in dealing with four cases. A report should be submitted before the registrar within two weeks sans consultation with the higher ups, it added. The Chief Justice has demanded the case files mentioned by the court through registrar. Super Prime Times discusses the issue with Raju Abraham, Antony Raju, K Surendran, PC Vishnunath and Shivan Madathil.
