Maoists lands in police net; Did Ramesh's police nab them?

Five Maoist leader including Roopesh and his wife Shyna who were presented before Coimbatore court were sent to 30 days judicial custody. When he was taken to the court, Roopesh said that he was picked up from Vindhya Nagar in Andhra Pradesh before he was whisked off by the police. While, police claim that they were arrested on Monday evening from a bakery near Karumathampatti, near Coimbatore town. Is claim of Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala that Maoists landed in the police net with the joint effort of Kerala-Tamil Nadu and Andhra Police true?
