Is Biju's statement a threat either to Mani or the Cabinet?
In a statement given in writing by Bar owner Biju Ramesh before the magistrate, he said that Excise Minister K Babu was given a bribe of Rs 10 crore after which the bar license fees was reduced to Rs 23 lakhs from Rs 30 lakhs. He said that the money was given to the minister in installments. He stated that each time when the license was renewed bribe was given to K Babu. The statement also says that Rs 5 crore was demanded by KM Mani out of which Rs one crore was given. Super Prime Time debates this issue with Antony Raju, V.S.
