New Delhi: The Supreme Court dismissed the plea filed by V S Achuthanandhan seeking to arraign chief minister Oommen Chandy in the palmolein case. The Supreme Court made it clear that there would be no legal hurdles in making Oommen Chandy in the list of accused if concrete evidence is obtained against him in the case. The SC observed that VS is only trying to make political gains in the case. The SC had said that VS was only trying to drag on proceedings and was trying to fish in troubled waters.
