Vigilance books T O Sooraj with graft charges

Malappuram: Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) has taken case against former PWD secretary T O Sooraj and four others based on a complaint alleging corruption in the construction of a road at Parappangadi. VACB has found that the then Kerala Construction Corporation chairman T O Sooraj violated tender procedures in the road construction works. Vigilance also took case against Corporation MD K S Raju, directors P K Satheesan, V K Mahanudevan and regional manager P V Mohanan.
