T’Puram: KPCC president V M Sudheeran has echoed his earlier stand not to review the liquor policy on Saturday too. He said that there is nothing to doubt about the government in this and it is after a collective discussion that the decision on ‘drydays’ was taken. He was speaking to the media on the sidelines of the Janapaksha Yatra. Sudheeran added that people have welcomed the new liquor policy and the only people opposing are the bar owners. Government cannot take decisions according to the whims of these bar owners. He also said that he is not sure of what chief minister has meant about bringing practical change in the liquor policy.
