IFFK bickers over ‘English-Vinglish’ @ Super Prime Time

With only days left for the curtains of 19th International Film Festival to go up, the festival has already mired in controversy. Youth organizations have taken up arms against the veteran film maker and IFFK advisory committee Adoor Gopalakrishnan’s remark that English knowledge is a must to participate in the festival. DYFI the other day had staged a protest march to Chalachitra Academy demanding to withdraw the rules newly imposed by the Academy for delegate registration like education qualification and cinema knowledge etc. Super Prime Time 2 discusses this topic with Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, Muhammed Riyas, B Unnikrishnan and Adoor Gopalakrishnan.
