UAPA charged on ‘Maoists’ @ Super Prime Time

Police registered a case under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) against the nine member gang who vandalized the corporate office of Nitta Gelatin at Panampally Nagar on Monday. Police have taken two to custody for quizzing and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala said that they have yet to confirm the attackers have any connection with left extremist groups.
