No ban on Xioami phones, says IAF

N’Delhi: Indian Air Force (IAF) has clarified their stand in the ban of Chinese made Xioami phones in the country. IAF said that the advisory they had given regarding the smartphone is four to five months back. During this time the particular smartphone was not available in the Indian market. IAF has imposed an advisory on the usage of the phone as the handset is sending the data of the users to servers based in Beijing. The new clarification from the Force has come in the wake of the setback received by the smartphone in their sales in Indian market.
