Bengaluru: The imprisoned former chief of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa and three others have approached Karnataka High Court with their bail application on Monday. She in her bail application has applied for an interim bail and requested to stay the order of the trail court convicting her in the inappropriate asset case. She also pointed out that the trail court hadn’t taken her version into account and took a stance to finish her off. She also pleaded the court to decrease the fine of Rs 100 crore imposed on her since the fine exceeds far beyond the amount she alleged had taken. The vacation bench of the Karnataka HC will likely to take the bail plea on tomorrow.
