If he wanted it, Chandy would have become Opposition leader: Murali

The Congress high command and KPCC are straining hard to revive the state unit, badly mauled in the Assembly elections. The high command and the state leadership of the party have discussed the issue several times recently and it seems they have made some decisions in this regard.
