'Safetipin’, an app to make women safe

After the Delhi incident and Soumya incident, the debate that rips the cultural sphere is about the safety of women. It has become a concerned topic and many are in the pursuit of bringing an end to it. From this thought of creating a free and safe society for women that Sakhi, a women’s group, have come up with a safety app called Safetipin. The app aims to crowd source information about safety and the lack of it in public spaces. Safetipin is a free app and can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Out of the Box, Episode 90.
