Cinnamon truffle cake

A rich and filling truffle cake with a taste of cinnamon is sure to delight the children and adults.

Butter 100 gm
Powdered sugar 120 gm
Egg 2
Maida 80 gm
Cocoa powder 30 gm
Cinnamon powdered 5 gm
Baking powder 1 gm

Beat butter and sugar well. After the egg is beaten, mix it with butter and sugar mixture. Clean and sieve maida, baking powder, powdered cinnamon, cocoa powder. Then add it to the beaten butter and beat it further well. Pour the contents into a cake mould and bake it in a oven at 180 degrees. Cinnamon truffle cake is ready.
