Kavalam, Thomas Jacob get Panthalam Kerala Varma award

Thiruvannathapuram: Kavalam Narayanapanicker and Thomas Jacob, editorial directior Malayala Manorama, were selected for the Kerala Varma award instituted by Mahakavi Panthalam Kerala Varma memorial committee. Kavalam will be given the award for `Kavalam Kavithakal'. The award carries Rs 15,000 and certificate and would be presented by Adoor Gopalakrishnan at a function to be held on January 31 at YMCA hall.
