TP murder: Stay on trial of accused including KK Ragesh

Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Monday stayed the trial against the 15 accused in TP Chadrasekharan murder case, including CPM state committee member KK Ragesh. The HC stayed the trial while considering the appeal submitted by Ragesh and other accused against the verdict of Marad special additional session court, which denied their plea to seeking exempt from the accused list. Justice VK Mohanan said so after having primary level hearing and till next order, stayed the trial against them. Earlier the Marad court exempted two accused but special court found out that there are evidences against, them which can lead to the trial of accused including KK Ragesh .
