Samosa is a fried triangular -shaped pastry shell with a savory filling of potatoes. This is the ideal Indian tea snack.
Potatoes (chopped) 3
Onion chopped 3
Ginger green chillies paste 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Maida 3 cup
Splutter mustard seeds in a little oil and fry chopped potatoes and onions. In another vessel, mix ginger, green chilly paste and garam masala. Mix all the contents and the masala for the samosa is ready to be filled.
Make a smooth dough with maida, salt and little water and make small balls. Then roll it like small chappatis. Cut it into half. Then fold it in the shape of a cone. To the open end of the cone, add the masala that was already prepared and seal the opening of the cone. Fry it in oil.
