Ika butter

Squid curry otherwise called as Kanava in Malayalam is straight from the coast of Kerala.
Squid cut into half 4
Butter 1 teaspoon
Soyasauce 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon
Melt butter in a frying pan and add chopped garlic and mix it well. Then add the sliced squid, soya sauce until it gets cooked and serve it hot.
