Gifts for seriously ill kids stolen in Britain

Some thieves at a British hospital took away presents that were kept to cheer up seriously ill children in its intensive care unit.
About 20 gifts, all wrapped ready to be given to some of the hospital's most unwell patients on Christmas Day, were reported as stolen by the hospital Monday, Daily Mail reported.
The presents included portable DVD players, DVDs and games consoles, and were gifts for children staying in the hospital's intensive care unit over Christmas.
The presents, stored in a cupboard in a part of the hospital which was not open to the public, had been bought by the hospital charity. They had been wrapped in festive paper ready to be delivered to the patients.
