Aneesh Jacob, Naddera Ajmal get C Sankaranarayanan media award

Thiruvananthapuram: Aneesh Jacob, Mathrubhumi chief reporter, Thiruvananthapuram bureau and Nadeera Ajmal, senior reporter of India Vision bagged the C Sankaranarayanan media award instituted by C Sankaranarayanan Society for Media Studies. Aneesh bagged the award in print section and there were 5 entries. The award carries a purse of Rs 25,000, plaque and certificate. Aneesh was selected for the award for his various reports. The entry of Nadeera Ajmal `Athmahathya Munampile Pravasa Jeevitham' bagged her the award. The award would be presented at a function to be held at the Press club on December 21 and union minister Prof KV Thomas will present the award.
