These Malabar recipes are very simple and can be made easily.
Egg 4
Maida 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Curd 1 teaspoon
Sugar 4 teaspoon
Cardamom 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee 3 teaspoon
Salt
Milk 3 teaspoon
Make a smooth dough with maida, wheat flour, curd and salt by adding little ghee to it. Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and cardamamom in a seperate vessel. Make small balls from the already prepared dough and roll it like chappatis. Heat the tava, dip the rolled pathiri in the beaten egg mixture and fry it in the tava by smearing ghee. Mutta pathiri is ready.
