Rising above jams

Traffic jams are a common site in India and a big headache for the usual commuters who rely on public transport. Ways and means to overcome the transport problems here have proved futile. But many countries are taking this issue seriously and have traffic updates on radio news and internet which effectively try to ease the issue. Some countries have risen above the jams by offering cable car facilities and the latest to join them is France to master the air. Will it prove a success. To read the Guardian report click here.
