10, 000 fake CDs seized

Thalassery: The police team led by Thalassery DySP A P Shoukathali seized as many as 10,000 fake CDs including latest Malayalam movies from five CD shops in Thalassery. The police also held 10 persons in connection with this. The CDs of Mallu Singh, MLA Mani Patham Classum Gusthiyum, Vellaripravinte Changathi, Jhanum Ente Familiyum, Cobra and other Tamil, Hindi and Telugu movies were seized. The raids were held at shops like Smash Sen at OV Road and Nadam is Mukund Junction. Police also held MP Sameer, CP Jafer, Manoj, Santhosh and Moosa.
