SSLC Adalat cleared 5455 applicants in Kannur

Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan Adalat, to facilitate correction of mistakes and wrong entries in SSLC Certificate, held at Kannur Muncipal higher Secondary School here today cleared 5455 applications, said Y Thankachan, Joint Commissioner of Pareeksha Bhavan.
Mr Thankachan said they got good response today from the students like in the Malappuram District earlier.
In Malappuram,they cleared 6175 applications and the next adalat would be held at Idukki district in the middle of next month.
A total of 41bundles were collected from 15 AEOs; Irikkur and Iritty areas collected four bundles each as top , while other collected three, two and one and all the applications have been sent to Pareeksha Bhavan and would be sent to the respective schools within one month after the correction, Mr Thankachan added.
Minister for Rural Development and Planning K C Joseph inaugurated the Adalat in the morning and A P Abdullakutty, MLA presided the function.
Minister K C Joseph said that the laws were made for helping the people to provide justice and rights, this would be remembered by the government officials and urged that the officials should change their mind set, for easily addressing the grievance of the people. (UNI)
