Fr. Columbiar award to M B Santhosh

Kottayam : M B Santhosh, Regional Editor, India Vision, Thiruvananthapuram, has been selected for Fr Columbiar award for the year 2012.
The award was instituted in memory of Fr Columbiar Kayathinkara, former chief editor of Deepika daily.
Announcing the award here today, Fr Columbiar Kayathinkara Trust secretary KK Abraham and award committee member Gopi Kodungallur said Santhosh's article 'Maharogathinte Marunnu Vipani' published in Kerala Kaumudi daily secured him the honour.
The award, consisting a cash prize of Rs, 25,000, citation and a memento would be presented to Mr Santhosh at a function to be held at Pala on July 28 by State Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. (UNI)
