Posted on: 14 Jun 2012

Kochi: The government has received legal advice to appoint a judicial investigation commission to probe allegations of murder cases that are getting sabotaged by excluding the real culprits. Home minister Thiruvacnhaoor Radhakrishnan said the government would consider the same.

Prosecution director general Adv T Asif Ali discussed this with CM and HM. The legal advice said that a re-probe should be ordered in cases which the commission recommends.

The legal advice was given based on revelations by MM Mani and TK Rajeesh, the accused in TP murder case.
