Pumpkin cheese cake

Gives a wonderful spice taste and is baked in a water bath to give the added flavour. This dessert is absolutely delicious.

Cream cheese 800 gm
Sugar 150 gm
Pumpkin puree 300 gm
Corn starch 50 gm
7 yolks of egg
Fresh cream 100 ml
Vanilla essence 4 tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Nutmeg powder 1 tablespoon

Make a mixture of cream, cheese, sugar, corn starch, nutmeg powder, pumpkin puree, fresh cream, vanilla essence and lemon juice and then add egg yolks. Use graham crackers and make 3 ml thickness as base for the cake. Bake this at 180 degrees. Pour the mixture of cream which was prepared earlier on top of this. Bake this for about 40-45 minutes at 150 degree heat in a water bath. After cooling it in the fridge, pour berry Compote, a fruit sauce, that goes well with this.
